Hi, I’m Tahnee —, and if you found your way here, I’m guessing you’re a woman who’s building something real while navigating a very full life.

I own a coffee shop. I coach women in business. I teach marketing at Conestoga College. I’m in my 40s, newly engaged, and still figuring out what building on my own terms actually looks like day to day.

I’m not teaching from a place of “I’ve arrived.” I’m teaching from the trenches, which means everything I share is something I’ve actually lived.

Now, in my 40s, I’m done waiting until things are perfect to show up fully. And I want to help you do the same.

I’ve built a digital agency, opened a brick-and-mortar coffee shop, taught marketing at the college level, and hosted a podcast — all while navigating the same fears, roadblocks and messy middle that you’re probably in right now. I’m not the coach who figured it all out and then started teaching. I’m the one still in it, right alongside you.
